Holiday Inn and Staybridge
Two hotels under one roof on a 5 acre site. 225 units and the services we provided for this project were exterior and interior steel-stud framing ,supplied and installed wood-backing,installed metal doors, exterior dens glass sheathing, insulation and foam spray, complete drywall, specialty wood-slat ceiling in all elevator lobbies, ceiling clouds at the top floor lobby, floated ceilings at the pool, specialty t-bar ceilings, and two-tone knockdown ceilings.
Renfrew One
Mixed-use building with 73 units ( 63 Residential & 10 CRUs), services we provided for this project were exterior and interior steel-stud framing, soffit framing for CRU’s, fire-rated shafted ceilings and T-Bar,and complete drywall for residential. Drop ceilings in residential units were done with steel stud.
Sequoia Square

For this project, Landa Global wanted a specific vision built for their special display suite for their upcoming highrise buildings at the same site. Exterior wood frame and interior steel frame, specialty drop ceilings, insulation, foam spray, Hardie siding,Drywall, and exterior as well as interior painting were the main services provided by us for this project. The scope was 2500 sq ft.
130 Unit condo building in the Evergreen area of Saskatoon. Our scope of work included insulation, foam spray, firestopping, shaft-work and buttress wall shaft, steel-stud drop ceilings in elevator lobbies and common areas, kitchens, and complete drywall service.
